All dates are subject to approval and will be confirmed by email.

Please submit this form 48 hours prior to the observation date. Any changes received with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a reduction in fees.

If the change you are submitting is after 4pm EST on a Friday and the change is for an observation on that weekend please call 813-661-1149

We realize that some changes are necessary but please do your best to keep your originally scheduled date. Multiple changes will lower your observer rating.
